HARDCORE. "what on earth can we do?" falls almost perfectly between the QUICKSAND-leanings of the latest FURY album and the '90s crunch of MAGNITUDE, also bearing some of the melody of later TURNING POINT. "what on earth can we do?" is a natural progression of ABUSE OF POWER's unique style of blending melody and hooks along with fast paced, aggressive hardcore riffs. Colored vinyl comes housed in a gatefold-cover and includes a digital download card.

PUNK-ROCK. The ADOLESCENTS are one of Orange County's best early punk bands. "brats in battalions" is a blazing assault of 13 Southern California punk-rock tunes. The album contains re-recorded versions of early ADOLESCENTS' classic lost tracks like "things start moving", "welcome to reality" and "losing battle", a grinding howl of post-hardcore energy in their version of THE ANIMALS "House of the rising sun" and a great rendition of the STOOGES "i got a right". The album also features 7 new original tracks. If you're a fan of the ADOLESCENTS this is worth picking up! Colored vinyl is limited to 500 copies.

HARDCORE. After releasing a crushing demo in 2012, ANGRY GODS are back to wreck havoc on our eardrums with their debut 7", "greyed delay". This 7" picks up right where they left off with their demo, but this recording seems to capture the heaviness and intensity of the band's live show more than their previous efforts. Featuring ex-members of BOILING OVER, MANS and SCOUT'S HONOR. For fans of HIS HERO IS GONE, CURSED and NEUROSIS.

EMO/POP-PUNK. Following up their brilliant debut LP, 2011's "top button, bottom shelf", BANQUETS return with a self-titled sophomore effort that continues the band's no-filler approach. Much like its predecessor, this self-titled LP clocks in at ten songs under 30min. but there is a bit more breathing room here as the band expands and hones their sound. This LP truly encompasses the band's growth into a songwriting tour de force.

POST-PUNK. The very essence of punk is a contemptuous fuck you to convention anyway, or at least a troubled groping for new avenues of self creation. There is a simple beauty in deconstruction, in calculated naivety, in messes, in processes and in the plain night air of Los Angeles. "…Angels" dances like a dog shaking off a swim. "...Angels" is as deliberate as it is free. Don’t we all want this dichotomy in our lives? The drive to make our time our own and the permission to chase joy? This little musing somehow rhymes with the spirit of BEHAVIOR’s '"375 images of angels", unique musical” approach to punk. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

GARAGE-PUNK-ROCK. Mind Cure Records is proud to announce the release of 2 LPs from Pennsylvania punk legend BILLY SYNTH. This LP collects tracks from various releases across BILLY’s discography both solo and with his bands THE JANITORS and THE TURN UPS. This overview has a little bit for everyone – solo synth paranoia, unhinged punk-rock and covers. Culled from a string of records released between 1978 and 1983, heavily influenced by BILLY’s encyclopedic knowledge obscure '60s garage, psychedelia and his punk contemporaries these songs are so damaged and demented that in today’s no-stone-left-unturned world of record collecting they almost sound too crazy to be real. Vinyl includes liner notes and a digitial download card.

PUNK-ROCK. Noisy, angst-ridden, teenage, punk noise from BLOODY MESS AND HATE. Recorded in 1985, produced by GG Allin, and set for release in 1986. The record was shelved and only 9 of the tracks were released as a rare, self-dubbed tape in 1987. Finally restored to its full, filthy, scuzzy beauty, you get all 12 tracks. Limited edition of 500 copies.

POST-HARDCORE. First of are CAPSULE from Florida which should be known since their amazing album entitled "blue". With "whole grounds" they contribute 1 song which stands for the developement of this band. Impressing guitartunes coupled with passages of delayeffects are only one ingrediant. Without getting boring you'll notice that parts return and win ground with each runningtime. FURNACE put 3 songs on here, the last song is instrumental and only available through the download card that comes with the vinyl. This split rules because both bands compliment each other nicely: it makes sense that they would work together.

INDIE/EMO-ROCK. For their 3rd album, "as you please", CITIZEN is looking inward. Pairing up again with longtime producer Will Yip, the band presents 12 songs that fuse aspects of their entire catalog into one neoteric whole. "as you please" presents CITIZEN's vision at the most focused it has ever been - it is delicately crafted to provoke at every moment. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card.

PUNK-ROCK. It's been a long sinuous road but their 3rd LP sees light of day afterall. Recorded in a few sessions over 4 years. "call of death" by Portland's CRIMINAL DAMAGE is certainly not going to disappoint. It's got the same BLITZ inspired anthemic backup vocal, and mid-paced drumming. Sounding something like a very early '80s English punk band that would have had a release on No Future Records. The recording quality is about the same as the other records, and picks up right where it left off. There's really no reason to not get this. Re-press now with brown colored cover.

INDIE-ROCK. "cursive's domestica" is CURSIVE's 3rd full-length. Another explo-emo of anthemic sorrow and bitter desperation. An exhausting and cathartic heartwrench through the politics of love and hate conceived by a man deep in the throes of the three "d's" = disillusion, disapointment, and divorce. A powerfully dizzying hybrid of hard-hitting rock and melodic pop outbursts torn from the deepest wells of human emotion.

PUNK-ROCK. This early practice session at Sherpa Studio (Fullerton, CA) was captured by the staff of Flipside Magazine in 1983. Also included on this DVD is a self driven interview with the band which showcases their light and jovial nature. It's quite a contrast to the issues they tackled in many of their songs which portray the '80s as a time of despair in the Reagan era. For some this will be an opportunity to revisit where D.I. came from, for others this will be a chance to experience D.I. in its infancy for the first time.

HARDCORE. Boston's DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR has been an institution in hardcore since the early 2000s. "unfinished business" is a 20-plus min. hardcore juggernaut that's unrelenting from start to finish. Seamlessly blending hardcore, punk, and metal together into a fiery ball of cathartic, raw aggression that proves DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR is more focused and relevant than ever. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card.

HARDORE. This band is unafraid to tackle larger issues that many are afraid to take a stand on, delivering an infectiously anthemic, but pointed social commentary over hard-edged rhythms that are classically hardcore. Colored, one-sided vinyl comes with an etched b-side.
