POST-HARDCORE/METAL. Though long-time residents of Virginia's storied screamo scene, the Richmond-based collective known as .GIF FROM GOD have embedded themselves within the system of hardcore-punk and extreme metal, spreading an encrypted message of social injustice and impending collapse. .GIF FROM GOD is best described as a calculating blend of screamo, grind and post-hardcore/metal absurdity designed to act as a vehicle for their ominous propaganda. On their Prosthetic debut, a 12-song album, the Virginians demonstrate a surgical command of their ruthless and chaotic sound.

HARDCORE. It didn't take long for Aaron Bedard of BANE to grab the mic and front another band. With ANTAGONIZE, Bedard teamed up with members of other local Northeast bands like GLORY, WARFARE, WOUND MAN, and VANTAGE POINT to make hardcore with a more straightforward sound than his earlier project, infusing some '90s crunch and excluding the melodies. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card.

HARDCORE-PUNK. The news cycle as it exists in 2019 - rapid, permanently mutating, consistently grotesque - equally blesses and curses BAD BREEDING. A group with a keen eye for social injustice and establishment venality, expressed in hollered tones over a full-throttle, enervating soundclash of anarcho-punk, hardcore and noise-rock. This 12-song, 33min. album also include some hardy perennials of left-wing hardcore-punk: war, imperialism, the police, the press. Vinyl is housed in a classic CRASS style 12 panel fold-out poster-sleeve with essay inserts and download card.

HARDCORE. No rest for the wicked, here's the sophomore effort from these Buffalo bad boys. Another batch of outsider hardcore, musical complaints and grievances, this time with a wider scope of influence. A bit darker, a bit dirtier, an unquestionable progression from the 1st 7" but just as stupid and fucked up.

HARDCORE. Vile Western dummy punk from the makers of BROWN SUGAR, SPACE WOLVES and WHITE GUILT. BAD PEOPLE picks up where their collective efforts leave off. "pearls before swine" is 7 grimy, sexually frustrated and socially inept cuts of weirdo rust-belt muzak. The name says it all and the proof is in the pudding. Hardcore for the true outsider.

PUNK-ROCK. BAD RELIGION’s anthems of bittersweet idealism and guarded hope seem more relevant now than ever before, their rousing wall-of-sound punk a soundtrack to troubled times. Their 14th album, entitled "new maps of hell", is both a nod to the band’s defiant past and an undeniable step forward in the evolution of a genre they helped to define. While many of the 16 songs are as brutally fast and unflinchingly heartfelt as anything the band has done before, the record is also filled with unexpected sounds, inventive rhythms and lush pop choruses.

PUNK-ROCK. [RELEASEDATE 25.10.19] "the empire strikes first" is a no bullshit, straight up BAD RELIGION record. For the most part, all the major components are here, the fast guitars, short and tasteful solos, the soaring vocal melodies and of course, their ever-present sense of social and political awareness, which just about every person can relate to. BAD RELIGION provides yet another example why they're one of the biggest and best.

HARDCORE/GRINDCORE. Two polish bands enetered recording studios for the 2nd time and decided to put the result of those sessions on one split LP. Good idea, as both bands can be placed on simmilar shelf - angry, fast, full of fury punk mixing fast hardcore with power-violence and grindcore. Inspired by ARTIMUS PYLE, IRON LUNG, DYSTOPIA, ORCHID among many others. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL from Lublin (with people from AMEN, ANTICHRIST, KNIFE IN THE LEG etc.) goes more into '80s hardcore direction, but with full speed. S.A.T.A.N. (with guys from ROMEO MUST DIE etc.) go more into grind direction.

GARAGE-PUNK-ROCK. The 1st two singles from North Carolina's BRAIN F left a lot of people scratching their heads - is it garage? is it hardcore? - it's definitely punk. How did they write such catchy riffs? How do you pronounce F#? Everything has been amped up for this release... the hard stuff is harder, the catchy stuff is catchier and the weird stuff is weirder. There's no need for band comparisons, but if you're into that sort of thing then imagine the SAINTS' minds in TEENGENERATE and THE AVENGERS' bodies sent to a dystopian future. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

POST-ROCK/FOLK/ELECTRONIC. CHELSEA WOLFE has always been a conduit for a powerful energy, and while she has demonstrated a capacity to channel that somber beauty into a variety of forms, her gift as a songwriter is never more apparent than when she strips her songs down to a few key components. As a result, her solemn majesty and ominous elegance are more potent than ever on "birth of violence". The music became increasingly dense and more centered around live performances. Her latest album, "birth of violence", is a return to the reclusive nature of her earlier recordings.

GRINDCORE. CLOUD RAT's most intense and blistering recordings to date. CLOUD RAT have taken grind to the next level on "pollinator", and it's vicious. CLOUD RAT is one of those rare bands whose music connects instantly, painfully - you feel the words, the the riffs, and the all-consuming cacophony deep within the marrow of your bones, vibrating out into a hostile world.

GRINDCORE/SCREAMO-HARDCORE. Michigan's CLOUD RAT comes prepared with a heavy hammer yet again. These 2 tracks show all the grinding hardcore fury and venomous pained vocals you know and love, yet both display a dark moody side with the odd driving or black-metallish riff to break up the blasts and blown out filth. This is the 1st release for AUTARKEIA from Florida. Dark, moody emo that goes from calm to gigantic blown out heaviness is fronted with female vocals that range from screamed intensity to haunting beauty. Packaging is screeprinted on hand cut waste paper to reduce resource consumption.

OI-PUNK. Maxime Smadja has held many positions of note in some of the more exceptional French underground groups of recent years. For instance, you might know him as the beastly beat keeper behind Paris' RIXE or the songwriter behind the ever so catchy BOSS. Channeling the brightest moments of the classic compilation series "chaos en france" combined with an execution so precise and well crafted that it carries that undeniable trademark of Smadja's many other contributions. Previously only available on a pair of scarcely pressed and circulated tapes, Beach Impediment Records is ecstatic to further the circulation of these songs on the vinyl format. Comes with nice poster.

DEATH-METAL. CREEPING DEATH quickly ascended to the top of the modern death-metal pile with sheer determination, single-minded focus, bludgeoning heaviness, and breakneck intensity. The band's blistering, new full-length platter, "wretched illusions", raises the stakes with undeniable and unrelenting anthems. Each of the record's 10 tracks is a certified ripper, keeping those baseball-bat swings coming, over and over. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

INDUSTRIAL/NOISE. The mutilated guitar buzz, hissing vocal fury, CYBERPLASM systems drum processors and brooding atmospheric tekno are a powerful mixture brought to light through the channel of industrial-noise-punk. "the psychic hologram" is a mirror, a magnifying glass, a surgical kit and guidebook for self-liberation. Its freedom from flesh. Freedom from violence. Freedom from expectation. Limited edition of 500 copies includes a poster-inlay and a digital download card.
