INDIE/EMO-ROCK. There are few bands that can lay claim to helping break a new style of music the way SAVES THE DAY did years ago. After a brief stint with a major label, the band returned with "Sound the alarm" back on Vagrant Records. Also back on "Sound the Alarm" is the classic SAVES THE DAY sound with all the revved up tempos and catchy melodies SAVES THE DAY fans have grown accustomed to throughout the years.

THRASH-METAL. SAVIOURS has made the necessary adjustments to deliver the goods with revitalized rage. New lead guitarist from WATCH THEM DIE pushes the band into furious, locked-in riffing, making that MOTÖRHEAD-meets-EXODUS-meets-"born again"-era BLACK SABBATH crossover record, the one you always dreamt of, a threatening reality. You'll get 8 songs deep and "accelerated living" never lets up, from the opening to an 8min. epic track - even the final cut, a seething, mid-tempo chokehold, busts out of the gates with unprecedented intensity.

DoLP 24.50€*

DOOM-METAL. The main influence on this album was to go back to where SAVIOURS started – SABBATH, MAIDEN, MOTÖRHEAD, THIN LIZZY. Two tracks taken from the new album. The whole record is a trek through earth’s demise which everyone contributes to, oblivious or not. It’s a procession toward death. Humans have become apathetic, greedy, self-centered, over-medicated, delusional parasites in a filthy, drained and deflated world. It’s hopeless now, too far gone. That's what this record is about. Earth’s possession and death’s procession. Limited to 666 copies on 180gr. deluxe vinyl and heavy cover!

SAWHORSE and FUEL were both around at the same time. FUEL was more melodic and very much influenced by FUGAZI, while SAWHORSE was much harder with a solid SWIZ influence. Very powerful and melodic, and with a heavy dose of energy that was inspired by the mid to late '80s Washington D.C. Dischord sound. SAWHORSE featured Mike Kirsch on guitar, Skot Meyer on vocals, Josh baker on guitar, Bill Schnider on bass, and Scott Pelkey on drums. SAWHORSE also had a 7" on Lookout! Records under the name SKINFUTES. They originally started out as the SKINFLUTES, but they changed their name to SAWHORSE by the time the Ebullition 7" was released.

INDIE-ROCK. "hebrews" is the followup to SAY ANYTHING's massively successful, 5th studio album "anarchy, my dear" released in 2012. INDIE-ROCK. On "i don't think it is", iconoclastic bandleader Max Bemis is the emo Kanye West, stretching the stylistic boundaries of his genre, vacillating between tender personal revelation and self-aggrandizement. Harder in sound than their previous albums - mixing in mathy post-hardcore, straightforward, anthemic emo, and even some hip hop - this may be SAY ANYTHING's most sharp and ambitious work to date. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card with 4 additional tracks.

HARDCORE. Hot off the heels of their debut 7" on Warthog Speak, the Bay-Area's SCALPED is back with their sophomore release.
