HARDCORE. Hardcore was in full swing in the late '80s in Orange County, as was represented by PUSHED ASIDE. This vinyl pressing of their demo from 1989 is a glimpse into this underrated band's brief existence as they played such legendary shows as "the icemen cometh", which was released as a live 7" on Nemesis Records as well as gracing the "generation of hope" compilation. Featured original IGNITE vocalist Randy Johnson on vocals.

HARDCORE. More than 30 songs in around 10min.. Rubbish? If you're into fast and snotty hardcore from Sweden throw away your ExTxAx, DS-13 and BRUCE BANNER records and get into stuff less progressive rock than these maybe charming bastards from the past. Here's PUSRAD from the future, where hardcore-punk doesn't have to be a minute long. This tape will be limited to 200 handnumbered editions, combining the records "dömd" MLP, "akta dig" 7'' and "smarttrams" 7''.

HARDCORE. PUSRAD are the result of a Raped Teenagers reunion in 2010. But instead of going on with Raped Teenagers, this two-piece started something new and took their bandname from a track of Raped Teenagers 1st 7". After 2 excellent 7"s this is PUSRAD's 1st 12" release. You get 19 short tracks, most of them with a playtime under 30sec. - the full playtime is about 6 min.! But this record really doesn't sound like a sequence of song fragments: PUSRAD write super compact songs, packed with manic breaks, plenty of variations and a undercurrent of melodies. Their music is just straight to the point. PUSRAD's hardcore sounds like punk on high speed, so this definitely pure '80s style hardcore without any metal, grind, crossover or whatever influences. This is the best Swedish hardcore in a long time!

SXE-HARDCORE. PUT IT ASIDE's debut record packs 7 tracks of furious, straight-edge hardcore. Honing in on and building upon the sound present on their demo, these songs are very reminiscent of '97-era youth-crew revival, while still sounding refreshingly current and modern. Highly recommended for fans of TEN YARD FIGHT. Colored vinyl is limited to 300 copies.

PUNK-ROCK. Hailing from Guadalajara, Mexico, these malditos punks play the rockin' mid-tempo punk that's been coming out of Mexico lately, similar to bands like LOS MONJO in the style of '80s spanish bands like ESKORBUTO or R.I.P.. This release has 5 dark, moody yet anthemic fist-pumpin' tunes with solid bass lines and drumming keeping everything together and guitar leads that walk you into the furthest corners of the madness inside the poorest nation.

SLUDGE/DOOM-HARDCORE. Swedens PYRAMIDO seem to be the joy of every sludge fan out there. PYRAMIDO is doomy, sludgy, stoner-esque, and while their music is laced with generics, there is also something extremely well calculated about their brand of doomy sludge. Somewhere musically in the mid of the following bands: GRIEF, ELECTRIC WIZARD, EYEHATEGOD and CROWBAR. PYRAMIDO's deliver a journey into the sludgy swamp pits of stonered doom. There isn't a huge amount of riffs but each one of them crushes you into submission. If you like sludge/doom played with a lot of crusty anger, then check it out.

SLUDGE/DOOM-HARDCORE. PYRAMIDO is known for releasing some of the heaviest doom/sludge music - your bones rattle in trepidation to its fearsome approach. Nearly 2 1/2 years after delivering the punishing 3rd full-length record "saga", PYRAMIDO returns with another weapon of mass-destruction. That's 5 tracks of a raw sludge journey more complex than before, pounding, groovy, and absolutely crushing. The core sound of PYRAMIDO is crushing monolithic riffs and methodical, direct drumming. On top of that you have two things all good sludge bands need, raw aggressive vocals and a thundering bass sound that makes the earth quake. The new album is a triumph on every level. PYRAMIDO doesn’t take prisoners. Get pulverized!

HARDCORE. Fresh out of high school and ready to kill. Q consists of 4 young men from St. Louis playing chaotic and hateful hardcore. Notorious for bringing objects to their gigs and breaking them during the entire set (washing machine, a table, a bag of glass, a giant block of ice with a shoe in it). It’s one part GAG/HOAX mosh, one part DISCHARGE, two parts suburban boredom/angst. Winner! Back in stock!

HARDCORE. Missouri’s crown jewel of hardcore - Q - finally squeezes out a follow up record. Since their 1st 7" from 2015 they have all finished high-school but their appetite for destruction still has not been satiated. Crushing hardcore alternating between the d-beat and the breakdown with plenty of that modern day half note riffing like GLUE or GAG. What will they break next?

PUNK-ROCK. QUAALUDES are a true force in San Francisco, an all-girl band that seemingly fits on any punk bill with ease. This phenomenon is true to their sound in terms of punk. It's '80s GERMS and a whole lotta riot grrrl, with a hardcore edge. They are a hot unhinged mess live, and although this recording is a hell of a lot cleaner than their live set, it does a fine job of capturing this.

STONER-ROCK. For their 1st album in 6 years, Joshua Homme's mighty QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE called back classic members Dave Grohl and Joey Castillo on drums, and Nick Oliveri and Mark Lanegan on vocals. In addition, some big names came in to perform: ELTON JOHN and more. Vinyl version includes a digital download card.

STONER-ROCK. Nick Oliveri may have departed but QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE remains in good hands with co-founder Josh Homme. Putting extracurricular projects like EAGLES OF DEATH METAL and the DESERT SESSIONS briefly on hold, the restless front man keeps things dependably loud and sludgy on the group's 3rd full-length. Monster riffs, choppy rhythms, explosive melodies. QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE seemed to be endangered when Oliveri departed, but "lullabies to paralyze" shows that the band is just fine. DoLP comes with 3 bonus tracks and deluxe gatefold-cover.

HARDCORE/METAL. Baltimore has done it again. From their initial conception in late 2014, QUEENSWAY has been on a warpath ever since. With 2 demos and their latest release, "swift minds of the darkside", under their hefty belt, the fresh, new band doesn't show any signs of slowing down. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

PUNK-ROCK. This classic punk record was originally released in 1998 (20 years ago). Joe Queer was never happy with the way the album sounded and for years had wanted to go back and re-record the album. So, this is his new take on the record the way he wanted it to sound.

NOISE/AVANTGARDE-PUNK. QUI's latest full-length, "snuh", extrapolates on their genre-bending brand of avantgarde rock. The duo has integrated more shades of unlikely forms and timbres along with their always-present penchant for abrasive noise-punk. The record also features cameo performances from Justin Pearson (LOCUST, RETOX), Trevor Dunn (MR BUNGLE, MELVINS), Dale Crover (MELVINS), and Adam Harding (DUMB NUMBERS). Vinyl version includes a CD.
