PROGRESSIVE-HARDCORE/METAL. After a few months spent to raise the kids, earn real money, find a reliable 2nd guitar guy and write new music, KRUGER are back with new material: a gorgeous very-limited-handnumbered-collector-coloured 10'' vinyl containing 2 brand new songs, along with a new video clip. Two songs only, kidding me? Nope. Swiss quality, not quantity - and this should be enough to put the Lausanne-based noisemongers back in the post-metal panorama they contributed to shape.

PROGRESSIVE-HARDCORE/METAL. KRUGER's latest effort on vinyl! This is the Double LP edition of the swaggering fourth studio effort of the swiss quintet released on Listenable Records. A thick mix of CONVERGE, BREACH and BURST frenzy, oily ENTOMBED-style riffs and MASTODONian exuberance. This deluxe vinyle contains also 2 live tracks and a couple of dubious covers, including KYUSS' "hurricane" and KRAFTWERK's "radioactivy". KRUGER take the majestic, layered and densed progressive-hardcore/metal sound towards heavier, virulent and more melodic territories.

INSTRUMENTAL/POST-ROCK. This is the 1st full-length by this band hailing from Cologne, Germany. KUMULUS are one of the many current bands, that are into post-rock. The 5 songs sound fresh and creative and they sort of flow together and build into one another. This band creates epic instrumental music, that ebbs and flows. Things are based on plenty of great melodies, driving rhythms, crushing soundscapes as well as an exploration into '80s wave music. This is music in the brotherhood of EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY, THIS WILL DESTROY YOU, GOD IS AN ASTRONAUT, MOGWAI and RUSSIAN CIRCLES. Black on black screenprinted cover and thick vinyl.

If you're bored of your RUSSIAN CIRCLES, RED SPAROWES or PELICAN records, feel free to listen to this record.

HARDCORE-PUNK. Finland’s d-beat band KUROSHI is finally dropping their monster 2nd album - “sound the alarm”. While the 1st album stemmed from a traditional Scandinavian style of TRAGEDY via WOLFBRIGADE, “sound the alarm” leans a lot more on a tasteful Japanese hardcore influence."sound the alarm" comes with a sleeve drawn and painted by none other than the true japanese artist and legend Akihiko "Sugi" Sugimoto himself. Vinyl includes a poster/insert.

NEW WAVE. THE KVB is the audio/visual project of London youngsters Nicholas Wood and Kat Day, who combine reverb heavy wall of sound guitars, minimal haunting strings and grinding bass synths, messed up motorik drum machine beats and delay drenched vocals with a backdrop of imagery to accompany the symphony, that's nothing short of life affirming. THE KVB is a group with a sense of urgency about it, to do what they need to do, with full commitment and without delay. It's a tangible attitude that runs throughout "minus one". Thick 180gr vinyl.

METAL/PUNK. They're called punk and metal, but at their hearts Norwegian berserkers KVELERTAK are the living, firebreathing embodiment of rock 'n' roll. Since their formation in 2006, they've built a die-hard fan-base hungry for their utterly ferocious live shows that have already burned two flaming tire-tracks across the globe. "meir" (translates to "more") onto the almost unsuspecting consciousness of our fine continent. The 11 uncompromising songs on "meir" all hinge their sound on something akin to both MOTÖRHEAD and QUEEN OF THE STONE AGE. Unlike the majority of heavier bands, they sing in their native language, adding even more character to their already unique sound. Toting artwork once again provided by John Baizley of Baroness. "meir" - an album that will surely be one of the cherries atop of your record collection.

METAL/PUNK. KVELERTAK recently joined forces with Rise Records to release their 4th full-length album, "splid". They teamed up with producer Kurt Ballou (of Converge), and the result is nothing short of impressive. The thrashing riffs and sweeping chants are everything KVELERTAK fans have come to expect and more. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

HARDCORE. KVOTERINGEN hail from the badlands of Sweden and the caustic sounds they detonante capture the intensity and the greatness of the Swedish hardcore-punk scene. "samshällets forrädäreis" is plain hardcore akin to MEANWHILE or TOTALITÄR, with who KVOTERINGEN share members. Serious hunk of raw and brutal hardcore with a hint of thrash, of the highly intense variety which has made those swedish bands famous.

LP 13.50€*

HARDCORE. The 12 songs take off from where the previous split with DEATH TOKEN ended. KYKLOOPPIEN SUKUPUUTTO deliever rugged hardcore with a good mix of hectic speeds and barked vocal shouts with slightly slower (never too slow) and quirkier riffing that gives them an unusual vibe. It's aggressive and sort of dark, but it's not too heavy. There's just a lot of distortion and a good amount of changeups to keep things interesting, and a lot of the chord progressions are pretty straightforward and have a fast early-80's US sort of style. The artwork is absolutely amazing, and with an embossed full-colour sleeve to boot these 12 songs of truthfully pissed off hardcore anthems has become mandatory in every collection.
