EMOCORE/SCREAMO-HARDCORE. Hailing from Santa Cruz, California YAPHET KOTTO come forth with their 1st release. Their music is perfectly suited to Ebullition. If YAPHET KOTTO would have existed a couple years ago they would have been playing with CURRENT, ICONOCLAST and POLICY OF THREE. Great screamy emotional hardcore with a duel guitar and vocal attack.

EMOCORE/POST-HARDCORE. For 7 years YAPHET KOTTO has been unleashing a torrent of melodic power fashioned from a dual guitar attack, hammering drumming, and a passionate duel vocal approach. "we bury our dead alive" is YAPHET KOTTO’s 3rd full-length album and these 10 songs are once again inspired, emotionally charged, melodic and hard hitting. Unlike many bands, time has not mellowed YAPHET KOTTO. "we bury our dead alive" is tighter, heavier, and harder than their previous releases.

POST-HARDCORE. YEAR FUTUIRE are a Los Angeles quartet with 2 prior GSL releases and "First world fever" is their debut full-length. The band is comprised of GSL founder Sonny Kay (vocals; ex-ANGEL HAIR, THE VSS), guitarist Rockey Crane (ex-DEAD AND GONE), and the newly revamped rhythm section of Pete Lyman (bass) and Chris Hathwell (drums; also a member of MOVING UNITS). Comparable to the likes of BLACK FLAG, YES, BAUHAUS, DEAD KENNEDYS and BLOOD BROTHERS, YEAR FUTURE's sound has evolved considerably since the early releases and shows no signs of standing still.

HARDCORE. By its very nature, hardcore is a conduit for channeling frustration, aggression, and discontent into musical form. But for Delaware-based five-piece YEAR OF THE KNIFE, that process is so much more than just a simple release. The band's debut full-length, "internal incarceration", is a profound reaction to the very real losses and the challenges of the world around them, and a way to turn that discontent into community, compassion, and change. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card.

HARDCORE. YEAR OF THE KNIFE are certainly one of the more standout acts amongst their stablemates currently. Where bands like JUDICIARY write formulaic songs that still hit the mark, "ultimate aggression" proves these metallic straight-edge aficionados have their heads screwed on. "ultimate aggression is a strong statement of intent from a young band. With the current rebirth of the original metalcore sound, YEAR OF THE KNIFE have a feral combination that they’re beginning to hone. YEAR OF THE KNIFE show themselves to be at their best when cruising at a mid-tempo with classically frantic riffs crashing behind them.

HARDCORE. You know it, you love it. YEARS FROM NOW play positive melodic hardcore with seriously heavy nods from GORILLA BISCVUITS and LIFETIME, done with a circa early `90s recording job that sounds like Walter Schreifels was at the knobs. Essentially a discography, "We're gonna need a bigger boat" piles on 19 songs: the band's "So much promise" 7", demo CD-R, 8 new songs and covers by YOUTH OF TODAY and DESCENDENTS. The new songs are definitely an improvement on the band's elder material. It seems like they trade in their occasional dose of A NEW FOUND GLORY-like pop in exchange for an even more generous early Revelation influence; there's almost like a jokey JUDGE/BOLD vibe all over the songs. "We're gonna need a bigger boat" is quite obviously a perfect introduction to YEARS FROM NOW. Now all we need is a goddamn proper full-length already.

POP-PUNK. "forever comes too soon", THE YEARS GONE BY's debut full-length, surely exceeds expectations. Super catchy, yet still edgy, the album is full of hooks and singalongs. For fans of SET YOUR GOALS, THE WONDER YEARS, NEW FOUND GLORY and even BLINK 182.

DEATHCORE. Smashing their way out of the Garden State since their uprising in 2004, YEARS SPEND COLD has proven themselves as a blunt, relentless force throughout the hardcore and metal community. Solidifying their posture through the combination of current death-metal intensity and underlining classic New Jersey hardcore attitude, their sound is uncompromised. Their Eulogy Recordings debut full-length, "moving heaven to hell", will serve as a testament to the band's ferocious sound and steadfast dexterity.

FOLK/EMO-PUNK. YESTERDAY'S RING (aka SAINTE CATHERINES) are back with 9 country-folk-punk songs. One this 3rd recording, the band leans on the country side more than ever before, making use of good ole' instruments such as mandolin and banjo. If you liked their other releases, you'll love this one. This is by far their best recording. Perfect for your late night drinking or an afternoon playing horseshoes with friends.

EMO/INDIE-ROCK. YOU IN SERIES hail from Las Vegas, NV, which is home to excess and debauchery on a grand scale. Since 2003 they have honed their skills to the backdrop of lights of the strip. "Outside we are fine" is the 1st full-length from a band that has been the talk of Las Vegas. Following the footsteps of THE KILLER and PANIC AT THE DISCO (and sounding nothing like those 2 bands), YOU IN SERIES are poised to prove that Las Vegas is the next hotbed of music.

POST/EMO-PUNK. Gainesville punk-rockers YOUNG LIVERS feature members of local heroes FIYA and GLASS AND ASHES and conjure up 8 tracks of high energy rock 'n' roll with gruff vocals and dual lead guitars. YOUNG LIVERS provide the groove of emo and flailings of early DRIVE LIKE JEHU with the gruff of traditional No Idea punk bands such as HOT WATER MUSIC. This is one of the best things on No Idea in the past couple of years.

CD 3.50€*

POST-ROCK. YOUNG WIDOWS are a creatively restless bunch. "easy pain" is easily their densest, most disturbingly addictive record yet. The guitars are enormous, the drums are pummeling and the trademark, gut-churning bass is more jaw-dropping than ever. Disregarding all boundaries and pushing forward with a masterful command of post-punk, noise-rock, pseudo industrial, experimental doom and goth ,YOUNG WIDOWS emit the intimidating force of a 10-piece with the heart and soul of a classic power trio. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

LP 18.50€* CD 15.00€*

POST-ROCK. Formed in 2006, YOUNG WIDOWS originally drew comparisons to the '90s heyday of cacophonous noise-rock ala SWANS, JOY DIVISIONS etc.. A couple years and 3 albums later, the band is digging much deeper and further back for inspiration. With their sprawling post-punk blasts shining cracks of light through pitch neo-noir fever dreams, YOUNG WIDOWS have clearly become a more sinister and thought-provoking beast.
