POST-PUNK. San Francisco's one and only LA CORDE have returned with their 3rd 7" of shadowy, driving, post-punk. Limited to only 300 copies, each copy includes a digital download card,

POST-HARDCORE. Trying to box LA DISPUTE into a musical corner is a particularly worthless endeavor. The band has had über-specific and often nonsensical genre labels thrown at them like "post-punk" or "post-hardcore" or "screamo" or whatever. LA DISPUTE exist completely outside the confines of classification. And by doing so, it’s brought them here, to "rooms of the house", their 3rd and most uncategorizable album. It showcases LA DISPUTE’s drift out into waters that no one else is swimming in. And while the band is often likened to contemporaries like TOUCHE AMORE as well as past heavyweights like THURSDAY and AT THE DRIVE-IN, "rooms of the house" is distinctly their own and can more closely be described as the fully realized vision cultivated by the band on their previous 2 albums.

POST-HARDCORE. Most frequently referred to as post-hardcore (but sometimes also progressive-rock and screamo), LA DISPUTE has spent the last year of its existence writing and recording their 1st full-length album. The result is far and away the band's most mature, articulate and diverse release thus far - expanding significantly upon the groundwork from its previous 2 short releases. "somewhere..." attempts to display an unceasing passion for art, emotion, love, community and any other aspect of life that inspires humanity to create for the better. Colored vinyl comes with gatefold-cover and includes a digital download card.

POST-HARDCORE. Finally re-pressed. LA DISPUTE's "wildlife", is a nearly 60min. musical examination of the twentysomething search for purpose - an exploration of the struggles that confront, damage and redefine us inevitably in life through 14 tracks of new material. LA DISPUTE's sophomore full-length organically captures the sound of 5 friends committed to pushing their own creative boundaries while still retaining a desire to create honest and emotional music.

POST-HARDCORE/SINGER/SONGWRITER. Featuring 2 songs from KOJI (one original and one cover) and 2 songs from LA DISPUTE (one original and one re-imagining of a track from 2008's "somewhere..."), the record reflects heavily on the 2 artists' individual experiences with loss and their reaction to it. "never come undone" shows KOJI and LA DISPUTE at the peak of their friendship, exploring new personal ground both musically and lyrically. Colored one-sided vinyl comes with an etched b-side and includes a digital download card.

PUNK-ROCK. The title translates into: "however long it takes". This is their 2nd album and it was really worth the wait. Raging straightforward fast and melodic punk with some of the best female vocals you can come across. The style of singing reminds a lot of this typical french chanson-style singing. Nothing really changed, but the production is more powerful than on their last already outstanding release. Comes in a nice sleeve with a booklet - lyrics are translated in english for those who are not familiar with french.

PUNK-ROCK. LA MISMA's previous release, 2015's "kanizadi" LP, showed them harnessing and controlling their initial fury, utilizing CRISIS' musical toolkit to transform blasts of ULTIMO RESORTE-styled hardcore-punk into something more tense and restrained. Over the years LA MISMA has mastered their unique sound, and this venomy and reckless incarnation is their most powerful and impressive work yet.

HARDCORE. European one-sided picture-disk LP version of their silk-screened one-sided LP on Youth Attack with revisited artwork and 1 additional unreleased track! LA PIOVRA featuring members of Italy's best, L'AMICO DI ;ARTUCCI and OHUZARU. LA PIOVRA's sound can best be described as a frantic cross of early LOS CRUDOS mixed with demo era-JELLY ROLL ROCKHEADS. This masterwork has all the makings of a classic and is sure to redefine your floundering faith in Salvation. Great italian hardcore with tons of rock influences.

HARDCORE. This is a collection of the sold-out one-sided 12", a mysterious extra track included only in the european picture-disk version of the 12", the "risacca" 7" on Punks Before Profits, and the super obscure and practically unheard "maledetto" demo. LA PIOVRA's manic hardcore sound can not be matched, with high speed drumming, frantic guitar leads and howled vocals, all with a distinct rock 'n' roll feel, creating a mix of the sounds of LOS CRUDOS and JELLYROLL ROCKHEADS.

INDIE-ROCK. After the punky heft and wildness of 2014's "hour of the dawn", an LP that thrashed against expectation, LA SERA returns with a set of songs that double down on the power of wry lyrics, glorious guitar, driving backbeat and the occasional pump organ groove. LA SERA's 1st live-recorded, analog album, featuring 10 tunes about good love, bad love, dead men and confused kids. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card.

PUNK-ROCK. After their last full-length in 2015, Spain's LA URSS is back with a 10 song LP titled "nuevo testamento". LA URSS are able to switch flawlessly from chanted dirges to driving melodic punk at the drop of a dime. From a trance-inducing track to a wild and ripping track LA URSS flex their musical chops like never before to the listener's enjoyment. The cover art is minimalist, an apparent comment on modern day's technological worship, for better or worse. Cracked and broken. If you know LA URSS, you know they are a rare group that is amazing both live and recorded. If you don't, you need to remedy that and pick up "nuevo testamento" right away.

PUNK-ROCK. LA URSS, despite being one of the greatest Spanish punk bands of recent years, has seem to flown somewhat under the radar. Not sure why, as this LP (along with all their other releases) have proven them to be unstoppable. This is melodic punk-rock with heavy influences from Spanish greats like PARALISIS PERMANENTE, KGB and LA UVI. Excellent guitar work and musicianship, lyrics and artwork put this album over the top.

D-BEAT HARDCORE/PUNK.
