PUNK-ROCK. JELLO BIAFRA & GUANTANAMO SCHOOL OF MEDICINE are at it again! Hot on the heels of their debut full-length the group roars back with 5 unreleased rippers. The band’s twin guitar attack retains some of the space-punk overtones of the DEAD KENNEDYS, while adding a healthy dose of Detroit-style proto-punk. This is Biafra's 1st full-time band since the DEAD KENNEDYS broke up in 1986, and the depth and breadth of his musical chops and lyrical triumphs are on full display on these ferocious tracks. The digital download card include a transmogrified 18min. cover of a DEVIANTS' classic.

PUNK-ROCK. Former DEAD KENNEDYS vocalist delivers his 1st concept album since "frankenchrist". The 2nd full-length fromJELLO BIAFRA & GUANTANAMO SCHOOL OF MEDICINE picks up where last fall's "shock--py" left off. NOISE/POST-ROCK. What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? What happens when the most controversial Punk Rock vocalist/activist on earth teams up with the heaviest band of our time? What happens when Jello Biafra and THE MELVINS put their collective heads together and do an album? "never breathe what you can't see" is what happens! A musical monster of massive proportions is born, bristling with Jello's manic energy and anchored by the sheer heft of THE MELVINS' collective heaviness. With both camps flexing their musical prowess, the result is something that retains the signature qualities of both artists and yet sounds refreshingly unlike anything that either has recorded in the past. If the tag team of Jello Biafra and THE MELVINS wasn't enough, there's guests from TOOL, PHANTOM LIMBS, FLESHIES, FRISK, SPITBOY, and GAG ORDER as well!

NOISE/POST-PUNK. Alternative Tentacles presents the 2nd installment from JELLO BIAFRA & THE MELVINS! "never breathe what you can't see" fed the world, in alternating fistfuls, the MELVINS' sonic brutality and BIAFRA's erudite lyrical jesting, and the world cried for more. "sieg howdy" features songs recorded during the "never breathe" sessions as well. It doesn't matter if you missed the boat the first time or if you couldn't get enough, the dominion of JELLO BIAFRA & THE MELVINS is far from over: be prepared yet again to let the most twisted minds in rock detonate your mind.

GARAGE-ROCK. Here it is at last. The long-rumored, sweat-soaked live album from Bill Davis (DASH RIP ROCK) and Fred Le Blanc (COWBOY MOUTH) dared Jello Biafra to join them during Jazzfest and sing all classic New Orleans soul, rhythm and blues, and (at Jello's request) garage songs. Joining in were Pete Gordon (MOJO NIXON) on piano, Pepper Keenan (DOWN, C.O.C.) and a wacky horn section from EGG YOLK JUBILEE and MORNING 40 FEDERATION. Released in advance of the long-rumored, sweat-soaked live album, "walk on jindal's splinters" - these 2 tracks are not included on the LP. The album also showcases a whole 'nother side of JELLO BIAFRA: his deep, pre-punk roots known only to a handful of vinyl junkies and anyone lucky enough to catch his DJ gigs. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

SINGER / SONGWRITER. Like a modern day Chet Baker, Jens loves to sing about heartache. This is his first album in over three years, and Kortedala refers to a neighborhood in his hometown of Gothenburg, Sweden - "a depressing suburban hell". It also refers to a vague musical pop sound with hints of tropicalia that has been coming out of Gothenburg's clubs the last few years. "Night Falls Over Kortedala" features many previously unreleased live favorites and guest vocals from label-mate Frida Hyvonen and EL PIERO DEL MAR.

SINGER/SONGWRITER. JEREMY ENIGK performed with legendary indie-rock band SUNNY DAY REAL ESTATE from 1993 to 2000. In 1996, following SUNY DAY REAL ESTATE's 1st breakup (which lasted from 1995 to 1997), ENIGK released his 1st solo album, "return of the frog queen". This reissue includes the original album, remastered in 2018, plus digital bonus tracks from ENIGK's 1996 live session on Seattle radio station The End. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card with bonus tracks.

INDIE-POP. On JEREMY JAY's "dream diary" the sway of the heart is in overdrive with the freedom of youth and bright horizons. These are the major themes of "dream diary". Recorded with the powerful yet lithe trio, they kept the studio alive with the majestic pop perfection that unfolds as "dream diary" draws you into its spell. Synth driven, and a bit moodier than his past work, this album will take you by the hand and walk with you towards a beautiful sunset, and then walk right past it.

INDIE-POP. The stripped-down, synth- and guitar indie-pop on this oddly spellbinding 2nd album from Los Angeles singer-songwriter Jeremy Jay could be the CARS minus the dreams of chart glory and bloated studio budget. The Human-Flock of Seaguls-OMD synths are prevalent throughout, but the never seem to be too over the top. Jay tempers his '80s infatuation with '50s style swoon, Angelo Badalamenti and even a little spaghetti western. "slow dance" easily avoids the sophomore slump curse, in fact this record easily bettering his previous one.

HARDCORE. A reissue of the classic 1983 debut album from these pioneers of the Boston hardcore movement. "is this my world?" is 12 brutal tracks of harder-than-hard hardcore.

HARDCORE. A reissue of the 1989 "kill kill kill" album of Boston's hardcore semi-legend JERRY'S KIDS. Their debut album "is this my world" was 1st released in 1983 by X-Claim Records and later reissued by Taang! Six years later saw the release of this 2nd and final release before splitting up. It remains a classic Boston hardcore record. "kill kill kill" is 13 tracks of metal-tinged hardcore destruction. Colored (red) vinyl re-issue is limited to 1000 copies. * RECORD STORE DAY 2019 *

POST/INDIE-ROCK. Down-tuned, distorted bass guitar adds a new color to JESSICA BAILIFF's palette, but familiar ones also come into play: fuzzed and delayed electric guitar, organ, piano, cello, and drums. Noisy pop-tinged love songs nestle slyly in a bed of off-kilter lullabies and dark, metallic waltzes. No need to recycle descriptives like "lo-fi" or "hushed vocals" - these are spurious words. This is another intimate collection of songs recorded entirely by Jessica at home, in a room next to where she sleeps. If you listen carefully, you might hear her dreaming.

POST-ROCK/AMBIENT. "ascension" is JESU's 3rd studio album and was originally released on Caldo Verde Records in 2011. Now completely remixed and remastered for vinyl, Robotic Empire is pleased to offer this gem on vinyl for the very 1st time! "ascension" sounds like a muted, grayscale version of Conqueror's heavenly pressure and kaleidoscopic apocalypse. Housed in a gatefold-jacket with matte finish, printed inner sleeves that contain full-album lyrics, white colored vinyl or standard black vinyl, and includes a digital download card.

HARDCORE. JESUIT were an unrelenting, noisy hardcore band from Virginia Beach, who existed from the mid to late '90s and featured Nate Newton who would go on to join CONVERGE, OLD MAN GLOOM, and DOOMRIDERS and Brian Benoit who later joined THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN. This discography includes everything in reverse chronological order, which totals 12 tracks, as well as plenty of photos, lyrics and essays from friends and peers.
