STONER-METAL. There has been a distinct change in the sound of HANG THE BASTARD since their 1st album "hellfire reign". This lots 2nd offering "sex in the seventh circle" shows a band maturing into a well refined riffing machine that has resulted in an album destined to leave a significant mark. Rearing its head for another assault of pedal to the metal riffage, is the beastly title track "sex in the seventh circle", which can be heralded as the standout track on this ball-busting album. It walks the fine line between that retro '70s stoner sound and modern day sonic fusion.

HARDCORE. Influenced by the likes of TTERROR, NEGLECT, VISION OF DISORDER, and MADBALL, HANGMAN delivered their 1st demo in 2014, which helped the fledgling act begin to infiltrate the Long Island and NYHC scenes. Five furious tunes are delivered on "a vile decree", with upbeat circle-pit energy interjected with slamming grooves and vicious breakdowns. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

GARAGE-PUNK/HARDCORE. HANK WOOD AND THE HAMMERHEADS' 3rd LP finds the NYC band entering new territory, harnessing the innate grooves that run through their songs and drawing them kicking and screaming into a whole cacophonous symphony. A more dynamic catchiness is at work on this album, utilizing tense moments of softness and sorrow to build up into their most powerful work yet. Vinyl includes a huge poster and comes with a handscreended cover.

PUNK-ROCK. HANK WOOD AND THE HAMMERHEADS have been playing sporadically. Their irreverent live show is incendiary showing a really angry front man backed by a volatile band playing the nastiest keyboard garage punk you can imagine. They're one of the most unique and exciting bands in punk today... kinda surfy, kinda garagey riffs augmented with SONICS style farfisa organ, a supplementary percussionist that makes some totally wild rhythms, and vocals that are more like really simple rapping than any punk vocalist you've heard before. It's a wild combination, but it's completely infectious, as anyone who has heard the band will tell you. Comes with a large poster and foldover lyric insert.

PUNK-ROCK. HANS-A-PLAST were founded in Hannover in 1978 and are still one of the outstanding and formative punk bands of the former FRG. In 1979 their 1st LP was released with the help of the local independent label LAVA RECORDS. The album became a classic and was an inspiration for the still clichéd, cliché-free punk of the early '80s. Against all expectations, their debut was so successful that the band decided in 1980 to found their own label No Fun Records. This thick 180gr re-issue is limited and hand-numbered (1000 copies), comes with original artwork and original booklet.

INDIE-ROCK. HAPPY BIRTHDAY formed in 2008 and was supposed to be a project and a one-show band. They enjoyed playing with each other so much that they decided to keep doing it. Kyle Thomas has applied his voice to an impressive array of genres: psych-folk in FEATHERS, stoner-rock in WITCH, glam-rock as KING TUFF. On HAPPY BIRTHDAY's debut, this voice meets perhaps its ideal application: simulated! Although the debut album from HAPPY BIRTHDAY was initially shrouded in mystery, a few spins later and it’s provided a real pleasant surprise. Whilst it may not necessarily be too high-brow or clever in it’s nature. This record is 35min. of catchy, hook filled glam-punk fun.

PUNK/GARAGE-ROCK. If you are looking for a new and outstanding band from Europe, here you got it. What you get is pure Danish unrelenting punk-rock damage. Take the smarmy music oft THE URINALS, speed it up to 150% and crank the volume up to the max and you hear what the HAPPY HOOKERS FOR JESUS are all about. This 7" is a little bastard of punk that‘s stuck in your head with the first listen. A nihilistic feedback orgy in four acts, packed with merciless insanity, screeching guitars, distorted echo-voice and a totally wasted i-don't-give-a-flying-fuck-attitude, all thrown together in a stinky garage. So, get it or get lost!

INDIE-ROCK/POST-PUNK. This is HARAM's 2nd full-length and features the new expanded lineup. Few current acts can match the intensity and vibrancy of HARAM. Unrelenting and forward, "Drescher" shows a group possessing a mature, tempered confidence that only comes with experience and do-it-yourself resolve.

HARDCORE. After one demo and one 7" on Toxic State, HARAM from Nuke York release their debut album, "when you have won, you have lost". Taking their name from the Arabic word for "forbidden", HARAM plays simple hardcore with lyrics sung entirely in Arabic. The guttural and furious debut LP delivers 10 songs of unflinchingly political hardcore. Arabic vocals growl out over pounding martial rhythms and interlocked, frenetic melodies. This record alternates between forward march and full gallop in what has become their trademark sound. Hand silk-screened cover with poster and a risographed booklet providing both Arabic and English translations of the lyrics.

LP 17.50€*

HARDCORE. "where were you on 9/11?" is a natural and mature extension of HARAM's distinctive sound, finding them at their most direct, political, and personal. Surging hardcore, interwoven with Nader's alternately soaring and guttural vocals, make for four of their best tracks yet. Hand-silkscreened in NYC with artwork by the band and lyrics printed in both Arabic and English.

HARD/PUNK-ROCK. After having debuted in 2015 with the "sinister vibe" debut the guys worked hard on their sophomore release "hot wired beat". As a rock and metal band you can get lost in epical tunes with a lot of finesse and twists – or you boil things dow to its essence, an approach HARD ACTION decided to go for. The quartet doesn’t care about anything more the igniting a short and intense hard rock firework that kicks-ass. It’s not the musical skillfulness that makes "hot wired beat" to an excellent longplayer. It’s the energy of the wild youth that is captured to perfection on this longplayer.

HARD/PUNK-ROCK. The Finnish 4-piece rock n' roll band HARD ACTION is releasing their 1st full-length on Svart Records. Following the debut 7" "dead dogs" the band takes up where they left off with the 1st release only to take it up a notch with this 10-track LP. The music is deeply rooted in 1970's rock and late-70's punk-rock, and the simple-yet-catchy songs are topped with burning hot lead guitar parts, so expect nothing less than an album filled with electric guitar worshipping rock music. Featuring members of SPEEDTRAP, DEATH TOLL 80K, FORCED KILL etc. This is pit slamming rock 'n' roll, full of fire and energy with no frills. Each song, more often than not, starts at a ferocious pace and HARD ACTION don’t let up for a second.
