FOLK/EMO-PUNK. The new LP from Montreal, Canada's THE HUNTERS, "art electric", captures both the raw power and touching sensibility of the quartet. The band describes the recording process of the album as an amazing experience where they let loose and made no compromises on their sound. Now more than ever, THE HUNTERS juggles with their very diverse influences ranging from heart-on-the-sleeves folk to blazing rock 'n' roll to craft an unique brand of punk-rock that is catchy and fierce. Colored vinyl includes a digital download card.

GARAGE/PUNK-ROCK. "hairdresser blues" were written and arranged by Seth Bogart (HUNX & HIS PUNX), who also contributed all of the instrumentation, apart from the drums, which were performed Daniel Pitout of noise-punk act NÜ SENSAE. Thematically and musically, "hairdresser blues" departs from the retro-riffic kitsch and camp of "too young to be in love". The end product of Bogart's emotional exorcisms is a record that's personal, prismatic, and positively contagious-an 11-track bouffant of an album with streaks of glam, garage, power-pop. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

GARAGE/PUNK-ROCK. HUNX AND HIS PUNX have returned with "street punk", a new album filled with the catchiest and most hateful punk songs heard in eons. "street punk" is an unrelenting tour de force, echoing early '80s hardcore, '90s grrl sounds, Darby Crash on helium, and the female answer to THE MISFITS. After members dropping like flies and moving around the country, HUNX AND HIS PUNX is now led by Seth Bogart and Shannon Shaw, who split songwriting and vocal duties. "street punk" includes a cover of the BEASTIE BOYS' early hardcore anthem "egg raid on mojo" and songs about bad skin, teen angst, social wimpery, trash, isolation, schizophrenia, peroxided delusion, rat parties and vengeance. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

GARAGE/PUNK-ROCK. "too young to be in love", the follow up to "gay singles", is the band’s 1st proper full-length. Inspired by '60s girl-pop bands like THE RONETTES, as well as THE B-52s and THE RAMONES. Hunx brings the humour, innuendo and sleaze, but there are real feelings in his lyrics as he unleashes his inner lovesick teenager, and that's what makes these songs so endearing. We all know falling in love and having your heart broken hurts, but it's a lot more fun dancing to rock 'n' roll and singing about those experiences. Vinyl includes a digital download card.

POST-PUNK. Four years after the end of his punk band MASSHYSTERI, Robert Hurula returned with a solo album under his last name: "vi ar människorna som vara foraldrar varnade oss for". HURULA follows that album with the "betongbarn". You'll get 3 new songs and a cover cut through the ever-present tension of daily life to make us scream and fight. All the songs bursts with conviction, feeling like revenge on a junior high bully. HURULA knows how to craft a hook, like HÜSKER DÜ. "ge oss natt som ar sant" cuts John Lennon’s "gimme gimme some truth" in half and morphs it into a rager with classic '60s girl group-style harmonies.

POST-PUNK. "vi ar manniskorna vara foraldrar varnade oss for" is the stunning debut from Robert Hurula Petterson (MASSHYSTERI, THE VICIOUS, REGULATIONS). Known for his previous bands, HURULA blends elements of punk, post-punk, garage, and no-wave and delivers what might very well be one of the best of post-punk records of 2014.

GARAGE/INDIE-ROCK. HUSHPUPPIES are back with their 3rd album, "the bipolar drift". A statement of maturity for a band who started in a garage and is now heading to rock the best clubs. Even though the 5 Frenchmen keep on referring to their garage roots (THE KINKS, THE WHO), they added some new sources of inspiration to their sound: kraut-rock, electro and pop. Their best record to date let aside the past comparison with THE HIVES to achieve their own mature sound, at times evoking KRAFTWERK, FLOOD - straight from the heart.

POST-HARDCORE. "eight miles high/makes no sense at all" combines two 7"s HÜSKER DÜ put out when they were at the height of their powers. Their fantastic rendition of "eight miles high" was backed with a live version of "masochism world", and the marvelous "makes no sense at all" was backed by SONNY CURTIS' "love is all around". SST combined both 7" into a single release in 1990.

POST-HARDCORE. A 7-song 10" bristling with energy and pummeling guitars. "metal circus" is the 1st indication of HÜSKER DÜ's greatness. With these songs, the band shows more invention, skill and melody than it did over the course of a full album with "everything falls apart", and both Bob Mould and Grant Hart emerge as significant songwriters. While they both stay within hardcore conventions on "metal circus", their songs illustrate that they would break free of its constrictions on their subsequent "zen arcade" album.

POST-HARDCORE. "the living end" is a HÜSKER DÜ live album recorded at various venues in October 1987 but not released until 1994. It spans the band's entire recorded output, from "data control" off "land speed record", the band's debut, to a healthy dose of songs from the band's last studio album, "warehouse: songs and stories". There are also some unreleased tracks and a cover of the RAMONES' "sheena is a punk rocker". Guitarist Bob Mould and drummer Grant Hart handled the overwhelming share of songwriting duties in the band. Thick colored, 180gr vinyl is limited to 1000 copies.

HARDCORE. HYENA is a new hardcore outfit out of Bielefeld. They choosed the very best and most suitable name for their band, cause the their music is raw, rotten and simply a low-down bastard. The 7 songs on this record vary from uptempo to slowed down heavyness in a decuman rage. The lyrics dealing with the status of being and feeling fucked up in every aspect. These guys swing the sledge and bring down the foundation, the world is fucked and HYENA are the special task force to wreck up everything.

POST-PUNK-ROCK. On their debut album "public sector", HYGIENE take the listener on a post-pub stagger through the concrete walkways and underpasses of Britain's decline. "public sector" hearkens back to a time of Polytechnic radicalism, Special Patrol Group repression and O Level temptresses yet evades the pitfalls of vapid historicity and pastiche. HYGIENE see historical continuities and follow them to their logical conclusions, reducing their influences down to their essential constituent elements and reassembling them into now music for now people. Flouting Rockist conventions with equal doses of stark minimalism and plodding fury, these post-punks resolutely refuse the "post" prefix.

PUNK-ROCK. HYGIENE offer 3 new song on "recruitment ". This time they deliver very angular jagged UK style punk. After a small slew of super limited 7" this is their newest smash! Limited to 500 items.

POST-PUNK-ROCK. After a series of compelling releases on labels like Static Shock, La Vida Es Un Mus, and Going Underground, HYGIENE bring their quirky take on the classic post-punk sound to Sorry State for this 2-song 7". If you're already a fan you know what to expect: deceptively simple but supremely catchy songwriting, spare arrangements, and memorable vocals that somehow sound remarkably British despite the fact that the singer is Canadian. Lyrically, these 2 songs address what HYGIENE know best: themselves. Limited to 500 copies.
