negative dots (2010/P. TRASH)
PUNK-ROCK. Under the banner IRRITONES former HATEPINKS, AGGRAVATION and HOLY CURSE members got together to form a new band. On their 1st full-length they deliever 10 bullets of their genuine oupupo-styled punk-rock that sounds like a well-shaken Martini of HATEPINKS vocals with a lethal cyanide dose of spastic '77 punk. Limited to 300 editon comes in a carboard sleeve.
penis romantique (2012/P. TRASH)
PUNK-ROCK. Album seconde by French punks IRRITONES is another érection du LP. Minimalistic, driving, wired and hyped up. A celebration of hedonistic primitivism packed into 10 meldodic and stripped-down songs with driving bass lines, minimal guitar work and Olivier's very own sick poetry franglais. The cover versions ABWÄRTS' '80s hit "computerstaat" and French '70s Punk band's STRYCHNINE's "lache moi" perfectly match the style and sound of the whole record. The sound of the IRRITONES creeps out out of le cadavre of a dead underground.

folia verso l'interno (2012/LA VIDA ES UN MUS/CRUST WAR)
HARDCORE. Belonging to the generation of Japanese kids that started bands in the early 2000s inspired by the legends of Japanese hardcore such as GLOOM, DISCLOSE and CFDL, ISTERISMO is today one of the most important contemporary Japanese hardcore bands. As always, ISTERISMO remain at the forefront of the contemporary Japanese raw noise hardcore scene along with peers ZYANOSE and D-CLONE. Their unique blend of noise is no doubt indebted to the older statesmen GLOOM who lead Japan’s '90s raw noise crasher scene mixed with a healthy fascination for classics of Italian hardcore. ISTERISMO is no longer the young upstarts of Tokyo hardcore scene that they were once coming up, but after a number of important records, today ISTERISMO is an established, hardened and mature band.

IT'S NOT NOT
bound for the shine (2007/DEFIANCE)
POST-PUNK. Album after album IT'S NOT NOT have proven themselves to be one of the most interesting bands of spanish independent scene. Always mantaining an inconformist, rageful attitude, punk for some, avangardist for others. Their wonderful songs seem to hide in an apparent chaos that only dissipates after a couple or 3 listenings, when your ear adapts to their complexity of rythms, structures and harmonies. Far beyond backgounds, what these 4 guys have in common is their love for music, wherever it comes from, old or modern, aggressive or relaxing. And when that's the starting point, you can only make such interesting, rich, rageful, sensitive, fun and shining records as this one.
